Senior Member repo-man Posted May 7, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted May 7, 2008 I'm a little less than 6 weeks post-op and plan on getting back into racquetball. Is this advisable? Senior Member THINinHOUSTON Posted May 7, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted May 7, 2008 I play racquetball also but I am going to lay off for a while and put all my attention to golf. Im sure you are safe, but I dont want some asshole hitting me in my head with his racquet at this point in the game. But from what Ive read at 4-5 weeks you are 95% and can do anything outside of power lifting squats. I am going to wait 4 weeks before I swing a golf club.
