I wanted to show the transformation in real life pictures. The first one was on a boat in Key West in Summer 06'. The 2nd one was in March 07' prior to my HT (by then I lost 35 pounds). The 3rd picture was just yesterday at 6 months post op! HAIRFREE DR. I wanted to share these photos because I didn't realize the change until looking at photos. The change happens so slowly that we forget what we used to look like and hard to tell if any improvements unless comparing photos. Its all the same with losing/gaining weight and hairloss or gaining hair. I just wanted to add something new to the forum. A new topic for people to discuss so I added some real life photos. I always want to kick myself everytime I see that photo. I say to myself why did I let myself go. Believe me I cropped most of the photo out. I just wanted to add that Bobman's results and photos helped me to make the decision to go forward with a HT. It proved to me the HTs can look natural. I also enjoyed seeing his real life photos and the impact it has made on his life. I am just trying to reinforce more people to post their photos the same way. Let me know your thoughts on this. If you got some old real life photos and already had a HT pull them out and post on here. Itll add some extra to the forum. We can take some jabs at each other and itll be entertaining! The before pictures really do show the transformation. I am truly impressed and the hairline looks great. More people should put up the candid shots like you have to really show the change. Bill - Seemiller Posted October 12, 2007 Share Posted October 12, 2007 Hairfree, I have plenty of old photos, but the problem is, you will NEVER find one of me socially without a hat after I started losing my hair. My hat became my shield, my deflection against my "ugliness". I put the term in quotes because it was a state of mind, not a physical reality. I DO however, have some old picturs of me with a full head of longer hair, probably down to my chin or so. That might be entertaining to post some of those. Of course, I'd have to scan them first!
