Transplanted area thining

Hello everyone i am looking to see if anyone can give me some reasons as to why the transplanted area would start thining after growing well for the first 6 months. Is it some type of cycle or shedding i am a bit confused. I am on oral fin and min

This may be due to anagen (de)synchronization.

Always speak to your Dr first for any issues, 6 months is still early they should be able guide you.ย

Id also reserve any judgment until at least the 12 month mark when things tend to settle down into a cycle.

The transplanted hair undergoes several cycles (anagen, catagen, telogen) in the first 12 months, which is why it falls out. After 12 to 18 months, the whole process has normalized to such an extent that they no longer differ from the native hairs
