Regular Member Dr Fares Seffen Clinic Posted March 27 Regular Member Share Posted March 27 The progressive digging of the temporal gulfs induces an aging of the face by increasing the visible surface of the forehead and the distance between the eyebrows, the base of the nose and the capillary line. This makes the person appear to have an older "look" than he actually is. A reconstruction of the anterior part , especially when the frontal line is well drawn and when one applies to respect a good density of implantation so that the transplant becomes undetectable and melts into the old hair, results in a strong rejuvenation of the face and look in general! Detail of the intervention: Reconstruction of the 1/3 anterior the patient wanting absolutely to find a more juvenile frontal line and a more marked facial oval: Age 34 NW: 2-3 Origin: Caucasian Previous surgery: no Previous fall arrest drug treatment: no Punch: Manual/ motorized 0.80mm Coronal incisions made with customized blades.
