Does finasteride and oral minoxidil help with retrograde alopecia.

Hello,

I have been on 2.5 mg of oral min and 1mg of finasteride for around 4.5 months at this point. No side effects whatsoever and I think I’m shedding a little as of now.

One of the big things that I’m insecure about is my right side has some slight retrograde and I don’t know if I can thicken it up with my current regiment.

For any of you with retrograde has oral min and finasteride helped you at all?

I dont see any signs of retrograde alopecia in your case. Even if this is the case finasteride definitely helps with it. You can also add nizoral shampoo in your regiment.

I would agree with the above poster that your pics don't show any firm signs of retrograde alopecia though if you have doubts than you may consult a good hair transplant surgeon and get yourself checked once.
