Regular Member jaystev01 Posted February 3 Regular Member Share Posted February 3 I am thinking left is norwood 2.5 and right is norwood 2? Either way this certainly seems to be male pattern balding, correct? Thanks
Regular Member Martador Posted February 3 Regular Member Share Posted February 3 (edited) Norwood 1.5-2 imo at most(both temples). But it also could be a maturing hairline... Edited February 3 by Martador

How so when the left temple is clearly more receded? Also isn't maturing hairline just a cope way to say balding but maybe not further balding

Also isn't maturing hairline just a cope way to say balding but maybe not further balding It is normal that one side is more receded than the other. But in your case very very minimal. Maturing hairline stays strong and definied after maturing. Maturing hairline ≠ male pattern baldness. Edited February 3 by Martador

It doesnt matter if its more recessed or not, there is one single NW grade for your whole head and its NW2

Moderators Al - Moderator Posted February 3 Moderators Share Posted February 3 I think you are closer to a NW 3 than NW 2. It looks like it is recessed pretty far back on one side and it appears you may have some thinning behind the front hairline as well. . Senior Member mr_peanutbutter Posted February 3 Senior Member Share Posted February 3 sadly i do not think that this is just a „mature“ hairline because it appears you have little miniaturized hairs everywhere in the front this means it doesnt matter if youre norwood 2.5 or norwood 3 because its only temporary anyways unless you start medical treatment to stop the hairloss
