Hi Everyone,

we would like to present below a case of a patient at Norwood IIIv stage. Below you can find the results 12 months after the first surgery. 

Patient Details: 31 years old patient. The patient was not using any medication prior to the surgery.

Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal, fronto-temporal area and crown.  The surgery was performed in 1 day with 3034 grafts implanted in total, 300 fine single grafts were implanted in the hairline, 2100 grafts in the frontal area, and the rest in the bridge and crown area.

Hair type: caucasian, brown and thin hair.

0.8mm motorised punch was used for the extraction.

Graft Breakdown
1s: 300 (thin) for the hairline
2s: 1150
3s y 4s: 1584

Overall hair/graft ratio: 2.42

Amazing result for only 3000 grafts. I was wondering why you decided to plant grafts well back from the hairline and before the crown but your detailed pictures showed why. This is one of the best results I've seen in the new year with the naturalness and the amount of grafts used.
