I have paid for a prescription (58 euros) for topical fin on their website and have had no confirmation that they have received the order. Did anyone else have a similar experience with them? I don't know who to reach out to and don't know if Dr Knap passes the prescription to Farmacia Parati. They said they have issues with their confirmation system hence no email was sent. Rather inefficient.
