Canceled my HT

Hello all,

I have canceled my HT procedure, probably i'll do it when i turn 35yrs.

 

I have decided to go with Internal natural DHT blockers.

saw p 1x daily 500 mg

zinc 1x daily 50mg

shen min 1x daily

stinging nettle drink. 2x daily

grape seed 50mg 1x daily

pumkin seed 1000mg 1x daily

multiviatim for men

 

Topical.

rogaine foam 5% 1x nightly

biotine shampoo

 

i going to try and stabalize my hailoss as suggested by Bill. so really hope the internals and topicals work. being that this is a transplant forum , i'll hopefully post my results in the natural forum.

It would be nice if those products did work but there is zero proof that any of them help block dht. the only known products to work are minoxidal and finasteride.

Finasteride is the ONLY proven product that works, yet it is missing from your list...

Taking all these natural crap, not only does nothing to your hair, but may disrupt some other areas of your body. That is why it is always dangerous to follow blindly some unproven recipe, thinking it is not a problem since it is all natural, and the worst that can happen is that it does not work...

If you arent going to take propecia or Minoxidil then it's hopeless.

 

Trust me my friend ( and the many other experts on here), a HT or those two meds are the only ways to improve your situation

 

The Niz shampoo won't hurt of course

 

The other stuff just doesnt work
