• Diffuse thinning in Mid scalp and Crown 
• No medications
• Medium caliber hair
• Strong follicular units

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT:

• In this gentleman's case, we initially decided to adopt a one-step approach to treat his baldness, classifiable as diffuse thinning case.
• The surgery took place in September 2022, when we implanted 2,002 grafts by using DHT to restore the patient's Mid scalp and Crown areas. 

SURGERIES DETAILS:

Slits were made through Needles and a CTS blade, and Scoring were executed with motorized punches and additionally, for the collection of grafts, we utilized forceps and immediately implanted into the recipient area by using Sava implanters. The implanter tool gives the hair transplant surgeons precise control over the depth, direction, and angle of each implanted follicle, resulting in an enhanced natural appearance and density. The primary advantage of DHT is its ability to minimize the time grafts spend outside the body, thus potentially increasing the survival rate of the hair follicles in hair transplant.

It's so obvious. It was only 2000 grafts on huge area and hair on the photos are combed back. You can still see the redness on this hairstyle. Reposition your hair in this neatly styled hairstyle and bald spots will be super visible

Its not all about grafts ie hair thickness direction equally important

But Eugenix presentation of results im not a fan of.

It is not transparent at all. 

Why no video with comb?

Be honest

It is a good result even if thin in parts but please some honesty not just hair style tricks

Yeh ofcourse it may not be very dense and need a specific hairstyle to make it look dense and even the hair caliber of the patient seems to be good which seems to be playing an important role...though as you yourself said its just 2k grafts for such a big area..so expecting dense packed outcome is ofcourse not expected...

I would agree with @hairman22that a video with comb should be the standard...or at least HQ pics with a comb parting hairs and showing density...some doctors are posting such pics as well...
