Your donor looks strong, hairloss doesn't look too aggressive, probably can cover everything in 1 procedure, both frontal and crown.

As an starter for ten, I'd guesstimate 2000 grafts for the crown and similar, maybe slightly less for the hairline.

Crown around 2000+- grafts, frontal area around 2700-3000+ if you want high density of 50-55 grafts per sq cm, depends if you're hairline will get lower and how deep the incisions can be done behind the hairline for HIGH density with still preserving the donor area.
