topical finasteride minoxidil After Hair Transplant

I'm curious what people think about using topical finasteride / minoxidil post fue. I would imagine it's safe to use on the donor area. But what about the recipient area? I'm now 3.5 weeks post surgery. I've read different things that it is actually helpful on the Recipient Area. So any opinions would be very much appreciated. 

I was finally happy to get a prescription to a compound pharmacy for Topical Finasteride / Minoxidil but now i see that there is a Topical Dutasride that is now being used a lot. I suppose that is a discussion for another day.
