The best option with a budget of $20000 - $40000.

Recommended Posts

Hello! I apologize for the mistakes, I am writing via a translator.
Looking for the best option for myself. I tried finasteride, it helps me a lot, literally in 3-4 months I was able to get good results (my hair became 2 times thicker). But unfortunately I got the whole list of side effects, very strong, the whole endocrine system collapsed in just 1mg a day.
I have now quit both finasteride and minoxidil for several months. Almost all of the side effects are gone. But all the new hair is dead as well.

I am seriously thinking about transplantation, I think 8000-12000 grafts is about what I need. I had a hair "curtains" in my youth, I do not know if I will get it back, I think it is very optimistic, but at least I would like to achieve the maximum density (I think the donor will allow, + have a thick beard for the crown). So, I think I need a clinic where they operate with very thin punches.

I've been reading this forum a lot, looking for the right doctor for me, but unfortunately it will be very difficult (almost impossible) for me to get a visa to the Schengen countries and the US right now. And all the good doctors are either with the US or in spain, belgium, bulgaria, sweden and etc. Also, if I could somehow get a visa to Bulgaria - I don't want to wait a year or two in line anyway. I'm already nervous about it, I want to do it sooner.

Specialists, please tell me, is there any way to get a good surgery, with maximum density in the countries that are available to me? I understand it's either Turkey or India. Maybe Korea, Southeast Asia...?

I apologize for the acne, it is a temporary thing :)

Thank you very much for your response.
Unfortunately it is impossible to get to Zarev. And it's a 2-3-year waiting list.
Felipe Pittella - Brazil is very far from me, although I would wonder if he Zarev's league doctor.
And what are the best doctors at Eugenix?
I'll ask them of course, but maybe you know what the approximate expectation is for the best Eugenix doctors?

DR Sethi at Eugenix is the real deal. If you want the best result don’t let distance or waiting time prevent you choosing the best DR, especially with your budget lol 💰💰

Thank you. Maybe the comparison is not correct, but who do you think is better? DR Sethi or DR Pittella

@Maxim99 Dr sethi and dr pittela both are good....its more about personal choice in between the two ...check out all the results from both and you can decide yourself ....you won't go wrong with either of them....but as you will not be taking meds in future due to the adverse effects you faced you should really be conservative in your approach and also keep in mind that you will need one or two more sessions if the hairloss progresses (high possibility) ....

Yes, I understand that.
Well, if finasteride doesn't work for me, I will do mesotherapy/prp/vitamins/massage/yoga/microneedling/prayers to the gods), etc. after the hair transplant to somehow stop or greatly slow down hair loss.
