Senior Member NewHare Posted April 22, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 22, 2023 Having lost hair many years ago would topical finasteride along with minox be effective in regrowing any of the previously lost hair ? If not, would it then be of any help at all ?
Regular Member Rafael Manelli Posted April 22, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted April 22, 2023 At best it can turn miniaturising hairs into terminal ones. Most of the time it will slow down the rate of loss. It will almost never regrow hair on bald scalp.
Valued Contributor A_4_Archan Posted April 22, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted April 22, 2023 Agree with rafael...it will just slow down your hairloss and in some cases stabilise it for very long and it can make baby hairs more fuller and thicker which will help in coverage ...but where there are no roots present or if they are totally dead thn it will not make any difference ...
