Patient History :

The Patient underwent a hair transplant from another clinic, but he was not satisfied with the unnatural looking hairline  

Procedure :

1. Extracted wrongly placed grafts from the hairline 
2. Construct new hairline in proper shape which suits patients face and also improve the density of frontal area  

Technique: Combine FUT + FUE hair transplant

Implanted Grafts: 

FUT Grafts : 3000 
FUE Grafts : 500

why did you lower it and didnt just build up on the previous deisgn? extremely aggressive design with poor density results, also the results pictures are very underlighted with poor quality

I agree with @BaldV I think it´s too aggressive and this patient would have benefited a lot more with greater density on his original hairline. But maybe the patient´s will was just this option so we have to respect it. Thanks for sharing.

The frontotemporal angle is unusually acute and the temple points didn’t seem to grow too well.

Also I’d have gone for a more conservative hairline, the front midpoint is lower than ideal here.
