What's the best product to remove these scabs

I'm on day 6 today, my surgeon tells me to not rub it until day 7, and i can use whatever product i want, what do you recommend?

Honestly there really isn’t an instant scan removal solution or product that I can suggest to you.  However, since you are on dat 6 out from surgery and you were told you can start working on removing the scabs on day 7, I suggest simply waiting one more day and then begin following your surgeons postoperative instructions.  Realistically however as long as you are gentle and use your fingertips and not your nails you could probably start today.  That said I always advise patients to follow the instructions given to them from their own. clinic.
