Senior Member AlexMeister21 Posted February 13, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted February 13, 2023 You don't need to stop Finasteride for surgery but it is usually recommended you stop minoxidl a week or so before surgery due to bleeding concerns. Based on your pictures your donor head area gives only 2500-3000 Grafts at maximum. You will need around 7000-8000 Grafts to cover all the bald areas. We can transplant only in 2 sessions over one year and only if you have good donor areas. Please let us also know your expectations. If you want to have a full and dense look, then, unfortunately, we have to say that this is not possible. But if you want a new hairline that will cover your face and fill the rest of the head with body grafts and light coverage, this could be possible. " how should i treat this feedback from HLC? already schedule with FUE capilar
Senior Member IMM1979 Posted February 17, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted February 17, 2023 @magn1fikusbased on the feedback on your donor area, it sounds like you could look into FUT (instead of FUE)...

Senior Member IMM1979 Posted February 17, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted February 17, 2023 FUT is usually recommended for candidates with weaker donor areas as it yields more hair to transplant and leaves more room for future surgeries. I recommend you get a consult done with one of the Thailand surgeons, they regularly perform FUT and can explain more. Dr. Pathomvich is on this forum, also Dr. Sorapong in Chiang Mai.
