Our patient had a long history of baldness , hairloss started in fact at the age of 23 and now he is in a NW6.
Given the quality of the donor area, a strategy out of 2 interventions was adopted. Here are his photos at 8 months post-first operation as the patient is now here to rebuild the vertex area.

NW: 5/6

Hair diameter of ~ 75-78 microns

Origin: Caucasian

Previous surgery: no

Punch: 0.8mm manual/ motorized Coronal incisions made with customised blades.

No hairloss treatment before.

Average density of the donor area : 85 cm² Hair/UF

ratio: 2.39

Total: 3423 grafts

Result of 0 —> 08 Months

Great results, can’t wait to see how the crown will turn out. He has good hair thickness.
