Being told different things

Im 47 yrs old.

in my early 20s in the mid 90s, I had 2 fut surgeries. the first one was like 700 grafts the second around 800.

I never liked the results so most of my life I've shaved my head.

After some years, I started to let my hair grow out and now after seeing the results of other people, I want to try a third time. 

I reached out to two companies in turkey so far. One said I was a great candidate, the other said I should not do it.

 

Ideally, I want to have my scar fixed in the back of my head, in case all fails. Any opinions?
