If touch up is needed (around ~200 grafts) - can you do it unshaven?

The advantages of getting it buzzed off:

  1. Once it's shaved the doc can really see what's going on. They might see weak areas that may need to also be addressed.
  2. Makes it easier for the doctors/techs to work within the existing hair. if it's easier, it's easier to do a good job.
  3. Possible increased risk of infection. A shaved head will be easier to keep clean and allow the wounds to breath.
  4. Part shaves can look odd (I understand this is only a touch up).
