Regular Member Ricardo27 Posted December 4, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 4, 2022 Hello to everyone, I have a question the answer which for I never was able to find on internet. It is advised to rest at least 4-6 weeks before hitting the gym again. That’s fine, those the same rule count for gymnasts too. What I mean isn’t just stretching. More like Handstands, and ring routines, where you are going upside down. Might the blood pressure raise or bloss flow to the head. Do you think is ok to do handstands after 4 Weeks post OP ? Thanks for any advice 🙏

Regular Member ray35 Posted December 5, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 5, 2022 4 weeks post op you're likely ok... did you have FUT or FUE? Grafts are all healed and in there solid at 4 weeks so I don't see an issue from my understanding.

Regular Member ray35 Posted December 5, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 5, 2022 Yeah you're fine, I'd just double check with the doc. But I see no problems being 4 weeks out.

Thanks for any advice 🙏 According to Dr. Rassman, who is a great HT authority and a HT pioneer, you can assume almost any type of exercise 3 days post op in case of FUE. Me too, I am a gymnast and started my handstand routine 7 days post op. I didn't have any issues, might have even improved the blood circulation in the head. Just be mindful not to hit your head against something... but 4 weeks post op you are totally fine. Would definitely speak to your doc Hey thank you a lot 🙏 I understand your concern, I don’t wanna sound arrogant, anything can happen, but I’m on a high level, I can do handstands on one arm and wouldn’t even be afraid to do it on the end of a roof top. So my main fear is not to bump the head, but the blood pressure in the head.

I play volleyball and american football. I started playing volleyball, but laying off of footbal until maybe 4-6 weeks. Only been 2 weeks post for me. 1 Follow my Hair Transplant experience with Eugenix! Nov 16, 2022
