  1. Actually I was thinking the same way, glad you mentioned it ! Thank you very much
  2. Oh thank you so much. Now I’m sure I go for a haircut the following days, I was afraid if it’s makes the situation even worse if I get one. And it doesn’t look even and dense and I think it’s a common concern because nobody would like to have a bad looking donor area, we all of course want a good result with minimum harm. I hope after a couple months, if I get a nice low fade atm it won’t be noticeable anymore I had a Hauttransplantation, at least for the donor side, the Recipient will take more time for sure
  3. Thank you 🙏 so I decided to go to barbershop in couple days, do you think my donor area will look undetectable after a couple more months?
  4. So I can do a fade at current time, without being worried to damage something ? And do you think, my donor will look better again after a couple months more ?
  5. Hello to everyone. I am currently 1 month after my Hairline transplant, which required 2300 grafts. My donor area looks like on the pictures, it’s still itchy from time to time and I feel it’s a bit sensitive still. One concern I have is does it look overharvested ? Or am I worrying to much at 1 month mark? The Worries come from all people telling, that after 2 weeks the donor area should be completely fine and healed. Would be very sad if it’s stays like this, hopefully I will be able to rock short back and sides again 🥹… My main question is can I get a haircut in the back of my head so it doesn’t look this uneven, and people constantly asking me why the half of my back is full and the other looks like the barber was drunk 😅 this makes me feel insecure every time. would be pleased for any help. Thanks 😊 PS: I now I could ask the patient follow up by my clinic, but their answer was: „don’t worry it’s fine, just wait“ , so I thought I will ask other people too, because it’s easy to say don’t worry 😅 if ykwim…
  6. Oh I’m so happy to hear that , especially from a gymnast who had an HT🙏 Thank you so much
  7. Hey thank you a lot 🙏 I understand your concern, I don’t wanna sound arrogant, anything can happen, but I’m on a high level, I can do handstands on one arm and wouldn’t even be afraid to do it on the end of a roof top. So my main fear is not to bump the head, but the blood pressure in the head.
  8. Sorry for bad formulated question what I meant is. Does the same rules (gym ) apply to gymnastics exercises like handstands etc.
  9. Hello to everyone, I have a question the answer which for I never was able to find on internet. It is advised to rest at least 4-6 weeks before hitting the gym again. That’s fine, those the same rule count for gymnasts too. What I mean isn’t just stretching. More like Handstands, and ring routines, where you are going upside down. Might the blood pressure raise or bloss flow to the head. Do you think is ok to do handstands after 4 Weeks post OP ? Thanks for any advice 🙏
  10. I feel so much more relaxed after this, thanks 🙏
  11. Thank you so much, I feel know even better after reading it 🙏😅
  12. Hello Community, on the 16 day after my hairline transplant unfortunately I hit my head against a Shelf just on the Recipient area. There was some blood and this made me panic. I contacted my surgeon, and he said I should be fine on 16 day it’s the same as if I would hit my head normally without having transplant done. I had a small skin rupture, which for I was adviced to go to the next ambulance for cleaning and disinfecting. The doctor applied a little bit wound glue on the 1 cm spot, and said not to worry. I know my surgeon said already it should not be a huge problem but I’m still really worried, so I decided to ask if anyone who is experienced with this topic, can tell by the pictures ( first just after hitting my head/ second after doctor cleaned it ) if it will affect the final result, and maybe hairs/density will be lost ? thanks
