Im post HT. I am looking for a topical alternative to fin(had side effects and do not want to go that route ever again) that is either herbal or an experimental drug? Does anyone have current experience with such a product that works to reduce shedding an

Your best bet is to try pyrulatimide, but as it’s still in clinical trials, you’ll have to get it third party online

Topical dutasteride which barely gets into bloodstream is probably your best bet. Or maybe microdosing fin.

Or just keep getting hair transplants. Nowadays body hair can be used as well so that’s an option if you run out of scalp hair

I got it recently, but haven’t started it. My buddy is it on it for only about two weeks so far, and he hasn’t notice anything yet in terms of sides, and of course too early to gauge efficacy
