Are you taking any meds? How old are you?

Has your hair loss stabalized? Are you taking medication to halt your MPB? MPB is progressive so you will need more than one procedure. It's difficult to say how many grafts are required going by that photo. 3,000ish to cover the crown and maybe a little in the front?

 No medication. 

Hair loss is stable. Been for a while

You should looking into finasteride or i think you will be chasing your hair loss
