shaved head and consultation

Hi,

 

I want to get a consultation for a hair transplant but at the moment I shave my hair down to grade 1.

 

My question is should i wait for my hair to grow out before I get a consultation done or does it not really matter?. At the lenght it is at you can definetly make our where I have lost hair.

just let it grow out for a week or so, I'm sure that would highlight any problem areas.

You need to let it grow out a lot more than that. At that length the doctor won't be able to make out certain aspects of how wavy it is and how it naturally falls. The consultation won't be a total waste of time if you don't but it won't be as good as it could have been. I've been there and done it.
