hi i am a 32 years old french male from quebec canada.i always ad a big forehead and started loosing my hair at around 20 and here i am now looking for solution.

Try sending these pictures to some of the doctors on this site and see what they say. You look like you may benefit from a HT. Are you on propecia?

3500 grafts would definitely give you a nice mature hairline with medium density behind it. If I were you I'd go for as many grafts as possible and pack the whole frontal/mid zone and perhaps some grafts spread to the crown. H&W are known for their 4k and up megasessions. Of course this can be pricey. The good news is you can always go back for more.

 

P.S. There is a poster named either lucky uk or badhair uk who has very similar loss and had 2 very successful hts with H&W. Not sure if he posts much on this forum but you can check hlh.
