Senior Member BigBill1234 Posted February 1, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted February 1, 2010 Try sending these pictures to some of the doctors on this site and see what they say. You look like you may benefit from a HT. Are you on propecia?

Senior Member hairthere Posted February 2, 2010 Senior Member Share Posted February 2, 2010 3500 grafts would definitely give you a nice mature hairline with medium density behind it. If I were you I'd go for as many grafts as possible and pack the whole frontal/mid zone and perhaps some grafts spread to the crown. H&W are known for their 4k and up megasessions. Of course this can be pricey. The good news is you can always go back for more. P.S. There is a poster named either lucky uk or badhair uk who has very similar loss and had 2 very successful hts with H&W. Not sure if he posts much on this forum but you can check hlh.
