THE TRUTH
You have crown baldness starting. Get on Finasteride/Dutasteride as soon as possible. Crowns are extremely difficult to transplant. Once you lose it then it becomes extremely hard to make it look full again even after several hair transplants.
Regular Member Adier Posted July 25, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 25, 2022 @THE TRUTH I am on finasteride and topical minoxidil for 1.5 months. Nothing has happened till now. Fortunately i have no sides. I was worried i might have regtrograde. The Dermatologist i visited said my donor is really good but i don't know I feel the sides are dipping may be. I have diffused thinning all over scalp especially my left side of the mid scalp. Thank you for the reply.
THE TRUTH
Your donor area looks good. It doesn't seem affected by DUPA. You may have a little bit of retrograde alopecia above the ears on the temples points (not hairline) but nothing to be worried about. Oral finasteride and dutasteride should still help. Apply minoxidil to that specific area too.
