Upadate after nearly 8.5 months. I have been with job and been going through some rough times personally so haven't updated for a long time. But nevertheless do let me know your thoughts. I am upgrading my stack as well with 1mm Microneedling each 2 weeks and nizoral twice a week to improve my results over the course of next 6 months or so. I am thankful to this community in helping recover my hair to a point i never thought i would come to.

@GatsbyThank you for the response. I do understand surgery should be the last option. I am quite thrilled by the results too. Hopefully my hairline improves too. I see small baby hairs already and a long way to go after this. Hopefully i reach a stage where i won't need a HT for 6-7 years. Then will consider may be.

3.5 months update. I think there is some improvement from where i started. I would love your insights on this. Regimen has been the same but i am applying minoxidil once daily lately.

Kinda off topic but is it natural for uneven growth. Like the left side grows a bit faster than the right side or vice versa?

I see a lot of mention of Brad Pitt's hairline. Ever seen Shah Rukh Khan's hairline. He is 57 , regular smoker and sleeps really less. He has a teenage hairline even now. It's all your genes. I don't think I ever had his kind of hair even in my teen years.

Man you going to have a great result if it turns out well. That hairline is sick.

@THE TRUTH I am on finasteride and topical minoxidil for 1.5 months. Nothing has happened till now. Fortunately i have no sides. I was worried i might have regtrograde. The Dermatologist i visited said my donor is really good but i don't know I feel the sides are dipping may be. I have diffused thinning all over scalp especially my left side of the mid scalp. After looking at the recent pictures of Elon without clothes. I am convinced if you are rich hair no hair physique, height etc are all pointless.

Is it thickening of thinning hairs or regrowth of hairs on bald areas?
