I doubt anyone would notice any scarring now, but that may change if you get more surgeries. Keep that in mind. I would like to take about 1.5k more grafts to build a hair line I like. I wouldn't razor shave but would machine shave after it if needed. How many grafts does it typical take to lower a hair by about an inch with good density?
