Rahal Hair Transplant
Hairy, there are a number of ways to answer this question. The short version is, you can get a haircut about one week after surgery. However, most likely the recipient area will be fully shaved and the grafts will be too short for cutting anyway. Also, if you’re undergoing FUE, The sides and back of your scalp where the donor extractions are being made will be shaved also. Long story short, parts of your hair will likely already be shaved or cut quite short and if you want to even it out, it’s best to wait at least a week so that the new transplanted hairs are fully rooted underneath the surface of the scalp.
