Regular Member IndianGuyinNY Posted May 24, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted May 24, 2022 Hi All, I am new here. I did an FUE procedure with Dr. Bhatti early May. Its been 3 weeks since my transplant. I am not sure how my results would be like. I am a bit worried, after reading some experiences. Would love to hear your thoughts. Total Grafts : 3268 Grade 4 Andrigenic Alopecia 465 * 1 1328 * 2 1834 * 3 Hairline + Mid Scalp - 3123 Temple Points ( L-307, R - 198) Some concerns 1. Some of my existing hair where hair was transplanted does not seem to come back. I guess it may be Shock Loss, or transplant was done over the hair. Would Minoxidil, Finestrade help re-growth? 2. I am concerned about Density, as it was discussed in some forums before. I would like your thoughts. Dr. Bhatti said he uses narrow slits, which is why it may look less dense as opposed to other surgeons. 3. How many grafts typically succeed? I have seen some discussions where the growth wasn't there at all.

Senior Member GaryStruthers Posted May 25, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted May 25, 2022 That’s looking really good in my opinion! You’ll probably go through a shed very shortly, but I’ve got a good feeling about this. I particularly like the jagged (not perfect) hairline. I think that’ll bring natural results. Regular Member IndianGuyinNY Posted July 28, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 28, 2022 Hi @Bharath, here is my 12-week update. My surgery was on May 3rd. This picture was taken now - July 28th.
Regular Member IndianGuyinNY Posted July 28, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted July 28, 2022 Hi @Bharath, there are tiny hairs sprouting, which is not very visible in the picture. As I understand, I will have wait for 6 months for the real results.

Regular Member IndianGuyinNY Posted September 2, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 2, 2022 Hi @Bharath, Here is the latest update. I think it's coming along well. I have a lot of hair still in budding phase, so I should get good density in 2 months.

Regular Member IndianGuyinNY Posted October 10, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 10, 2022 Here is how it looks now. It's been 5 months and 5 days. I colored my hair. I would say I am happy with the results. I think it looks natural, as no one was able to figure out I had a transplant. However, I did expect a bit more density. Not a big deal. Regular Member caveman Posted October 16, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted October 16, 2022 You’re only 5.5 months in and things are already looking great! Don’t worry, your density will increase significantly in the months to come. Remember, your final results won’t be visible until 12 months or later. happy growing. Regular Member IndianGuyinNY Posted November 21, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 21, 2022 Hi All, As some of you had asked, here is the latest update on this. Its been 6.5 months since the procedure. I am super happy on how it turned out. I am getting a lot of compliments that I am looking young, but no one figured out that I had a surgery. I feel it looks natural. Thanks to Dr. Bhatti and team for the great work! Good luck to everyone in this group.

Regular Member Bharath Posted November 21, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted November 21, 2022 This is amazing. There is considerable improvement in 5th and 6th month. That too without finasteride, this kind of a result is super notch !!!
