Senior Member Mr. GQ Posted January 20, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted January 20, 2009 i know that first 5 - 10 days you are best off if you sleep at 45 degree angle. but haw about after that??? perhaps people that are used to sleeping on their backs tend to stretch their HT scar more than the ones that are used to sleeping on their stomachs/side of the head. this might be stupid question but i think it's fair to ask since i never read anything regarding this. me personally, i am a stomach sleeper. Senior Member omy Posted January 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted January 21, 2009 I think it is an interesting question . The weight of the persons head has got to put more tension on the area pressed against the pillow . This area night after night may widen .
