There is not enough evidence that finasteride can cause Brest cancer. 

Worst case scenario is gynocomastia which is highly unlikely as it is more than rare. 

Remember that people can also have all the side effects reported from the drug without actually taking it and in a lot of occasions it's easier to blame it on finasteride than anything else.

Can topical finasteride help me thicken up the middle in any way? Is the topical solution from Dr Mwamba safe? I've never ordered medication through internet. Whats the difference between topical dut mesoteraphy and topical dut?

Im adding some more pictures, almost 24 years old. Planning HT when I hit 25.

Is there point in starting minoxidil, if it's needed to stop before a surgery in future? Im afraid I will lose all my minoxidil gains if I stop using it for like 2-3 weeks.
