Is the big 3 still the most effective treatment?

Hi I used to use the big 3 afew years ago before I had a HT in 2017, I’ve noticed a slight thinning on my crown. Not been keeping up with the latest treatments.

 

was going to start again on minoxidil foam, fin and nizoral shampoo.

 

is there any other new ones I should try?

ive read that there’s one called RU58841 with a mix of minoxidil from a UK supplier should give that a go? And if so how much and how often? The website is ligandchem.co.uk

Microneedling is becoming quite popular, along side minoxidil is supposed to work very well. Only a month into it myself. 

I'm interested in that ru minox mix also!
