Although historically PRP is a form of Exosome Treatment, I get the impression, US Hair Restoration Surgeons now refer to Exosome as a new more potent stem cell therapy & doesn't require drawing a patient’s blood. Results show that it is more effective, with more consistent results without causing inflammation for fighting hair loss. I myself haven't don't have any experience with exosome therapy. But based on what I've heard from surgeons, it works well. If some other folks could chime in, that'd be great. My dermatologist speak about that with me and can do it for about 1700$ (total for 5 sessions spaced by 15 days). I am just trying to find wich depth of needle I need to use. The doctor in Switzerland seem to use 0.5mm. On youtube, another doc use 2mm... So I am a bit confused... I know the particle size is only 300nm for ASCE+ HLRV so it will have a very good penetration to scalp... I sent a mail to ExoCoBio I hope they wil gibve me an answer.
