Senior Member Dr. William Parsley Posted July 31, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 31, 2009 The patient is a 58 y/o WM with primarily vertex loss. He wanted a reasonably thick vertex restoration. Normally I like to wait until after age 45 to restore the vertex but will consider each patient individually. This restoration is thicker that I would want in a younger man for fears that progession, if extensive, would give a nest look.
