Senior Member Jotronic Posted April 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted April 21, 2009 It is normal especially since the tricophytic closure was introduced. It is most likely one of the hairs that is supposed to grow through the scar trying to break free and getting a bit irritated. Let it run it's course and all should be fine. Guest comb
Joe, when I had my staples removed, there was a pimple on one of the staple holes(not the scar itself) and Dr Hasson broke it as well as a couple on the recipient.
Senior Member Eman Posted April 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted April 21, 2009 use a sterile pin, gently poke it, gently squeeze it and it will be gone!! --this is the way I did it, had no problems, but many prefer to let it run its course. My initial HT thread: done and done!! Check it out...
Regular Member lovestospoon Posted April 21, 2009 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 21, 2009 Thanks for the replies. I poked it with a sterile needle and it is now barely visible.
