Style hair 4 month Post-OP

i was asking myself it is okay to start styling my hair now(4 month postOP).

Is it harmful for the hair at this stage?

Please explain more ? Do you mean using products in your hair ?

I mean to use e.g. volume powder and combing the hair in a specific way.

Not Hairspray or hairgels.

4 months post-op there's nothing you can't do that you were doing before. Grafts have been secured under the skin connected to their new blood supplies for months. And you are past the ugly ducking phase, four months is where most guys start to see some good growth.
