FUT / FUE + SMP for NW6? - Incredible Results on Italian Hair Loss Site

As a NW6, I'll be using the Big 3 (Minoxidil, Dutasteride, Dermarolling) over the next year or so, in order to thicken my existing donor hair and hope for regrowth. I will then look to connect my results with a HT. While I was researching HT results, I came across SMP for added density effect. While some were optimistic about combining SMP + FUE initially, I haven't seen great results, and largely considered it a failed experiment. I have recently, however, seen incredible results via Milena Lardi. Do you think these results are possible (assuming I have a substantially improved donor in a year or so) with roughly 5-6,000 grafts + SMP for density?
