Regular Member Dr. William Rassman Posted July 27, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted July 27, 2009 Hi everybody! This patient wears a hairpiece regularly and noticed that the hair on the sides of his head was not matching the density of the hairpiece he wears. We did a transplant for him in two different sessions to increase the density, and in the after photos you can see how the match is quite good. He is quite pleased with his transplant. These two are photos from directly after the surgery.
Senior Member imissthebarber Posted July 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 27, 2009 I am a bit mystified by this, why not just thin the hair piece down, or get another, to match the sides that way? Having said that I guess it looks from the angles presented.
Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted July 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 27, 2009 I guess his sides thinned to such an extent that matching everything up to his native density as was just didn't cut it for him. While I really don't know what to expect for such a procedure, I think it looks really good, and a big improvement I imagine, especially the right-hand side shot. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. No flash. Follicles have asked for centuries, in ten languages, as many times so as to confuse a mathematician. Enough is enough! Give me documentation or give me death!
