FUT or FUE?

I am planning on booking in a HT in the coming months but after reviewing some opinions online I am becoming more undecided as to what operational method I should choose.

I am currently 21, NWI-II and have been on minox and fin for 2 years now with a stable hair-loss, I haven't been receding anymore. I've maintained a very solid amount of hair toward the mid-crown area but am lacking density around my widows peak with a couple millimetres of recession.

I want to achieve more density in the front and my expectations are realistic.

However, 

After seeing what Dr Feller and Bloxham are advising on these forums it's made me question which procedure would favour me, FUE or FUT.

Some say there are no medical literature backing what Dr Feller and Bloxham are saying and that they are mostly anecdotal, but on the other hand I do want to preserve my donor area due to being at such a young age. If ever needed to go back to the well there would be hair there, but I also am not going to those surgeons so I can't guarantee scarring/any complications from FUT.
