Brand name or generic Minox?

I have used the generic Minox at Walgreens, CVS, and other places since August due to half the cost. I have had considerable results. What is all your opinions between the two as well as your experiences?

I use Rogaine foam in the am ans Kirkland minox in the pm, because it is considerably inexpensive. Both have 5% minoxidil and that is what matters. It is of course another issue that neither the foam not the liquid had any sort of beneficial effect on me but I still keep using them (more than a year now) just hoping for a miracle. Stupid, I know!!!!

The generics are just as good as long as they have the same active ingredient 5% minoxidil. Rogaine is more expensive because its a brand name & pays for marketing but their basically the same products. i use the rogaine foam but its because the topicals made my scalp itch. I might go back and try kirkland minox but it probably will have the same problem.
