Regular Member do comb in Posted August 20, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted August 20, 2009 Hi there Just had a very good experience recently at Dr. Rahal's office where I had a recent hair transplant. I have had two previous surgeries done in the Uk about 6 years ago but did not achieve very good density. After reading only good reports about Rahal I thought I would travel to Canada and I am very glad I did. Now it is too early to talk about results as I am only on day 14 but I did want to reference the wound closure. Before Rahal worked on me I had two small scars from my uk surgery which harvested 750 grafts each. Since that time however I always felt a tightness in my scalp and sensitivity. However, since Dr Rahal removed both of these scars (I now have one scar) the laxity has returned and I have excellent movement and laxity. My scalp and neck now have no tightness whatsoever. It feels like my past wound closures have not only been corrected but it now feels like I never had anything done at all. As soon as I sat up in the chair after my procedure I noticed this and was amazed. I thought I would post this as there are so many references to how good/bad doctors are with regard to the recipient are and not so much about wound closure. If my circumstance change I will let you guys know but all good at this stage. If you are thinking of a doctor, seriously you would be hard pushed to find anyone in the world that matches Dr Rahal and his team right now. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
