Dr. Alan Feller Posted March 8, 2010 Share Posted March 8, 2010 Petchsky came to our clinic concerned about his hairline, and rightfully so...he didn't have one! -a common story to be sure. He wanted a conservative amount of hair, about 1500 grafts, which was very appropriate to rebuild his hairline, but when looking very closely at the areas behind the hairline I thought it best to implant a bit more just to beef it up and stave off further recession.
