I had FUE hair transplant with Dr Tenjinder Bhatti

I researched a lot about him and his work in this same forum to which i found 85 % success rate ( of which are fully documented by his patients or by his representatives ) and money was also a problem for me , which is why i selected him and his work is widely documented in our forum and in lots of other hair transplant forums too .

The grafts we planned was around 3200-3500 but after surgery i was informed that he could only get 2523 grafts from my scalp donor area . I was given partial anesthesia and i was given sedation too , to which i fell sleep and woke up while they started planting the hairs was done and that process was only done by the technicians .

Break down of hairs

632 - single hairs

1782- Doubles

110 - Triplets

Total Hairs 4526

After the surgery Dr insisted on taking Finasteride which he said is necessary for me since my donor hairs was weak and not good as expected . Which I'm taking now from 28th March as Dr said .

Overall i had a very good experience in the clinic from the doctor and his staffs .

I had no swelling or pain which bothered me post surgery except the discomfort i feel while sleeping straight and placing the donor area on the pillow .

What more concerns me now is the hair fall that i have started after the first week of transplant .

Post 1 - 4 is right after surgery

Post 5 is donor after 1 day

Post 8- 10 in after 10 days

Post 11 hair fall is about my hair fall .

I hope the expertise in the forum would like to comment .

Hi Anvarmart, congratulations on your recent procedure.

You do have a lot of diffusing all round your scalp, which should respond to Finasteride use. This coupled with your available implanted grafts should make a big difference to your appearance once matured.

You have no reason to worry about shedding. Your grafts are firmly implanted after 24-36 hours and at this point in time it is common for you to lose the implanted hairs stuck to the crusts. You should be prepared to lose all the implanted hairs over the coming 8 weeks or so. Do not be alarmed, this is the process we all have to go through.

Follow your detailed instructions from the clinic. Feel free to email me if you need me to clarify anything further for you.

Thanks for the quick reply from you . I got worried when i was seeing like the jelly part along with it . I was know of the fact that for 95 % of people transplanted hairs falls . The fact when reading and experiancing is totally different
