Senior Member fortuneplant Posted February 21, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2018 When did you have your 1st real haircut after HT? Not a buzz cut to even out your real hair and transplanted hair. But a real haircut because your new hair is long enough and it's time to style it a bit. =) P.S. Am on my fourth month this week since I had my FUT and haven't cut my hair yet.
Senior Member pkipling Posted February 21, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2018 It really just depends on when you ultimately need a haircut. I kept mine buzzed for the first 3 months so that when the grafts eventually started growing, it would be relatively uniform up top. I probably got a haircut then about 2 months later. Senior Member voxman Posted February 22, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted February 22, 2018 I think about 6 months down the road. I cried the whole time but I got a lollipop afterwards. And a beer. I'm serious. Just look at my face. My Hair Regimen: Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

Senior Member mattj Posted February 23, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted February 23, 2018 If I recall, it was at about 5 months. I'd had a lot of growth by that time.
