I had a progressive hair loss for about 10 years

I am now 32 years old

I think my donor area is limited and now the hair in the back of head is thinning out as you see in the photos it’s ovious especially when i cut my hair short

I think the baldness will progress more over the next years

I noticed also these red dots in my scalp when my hair was very short and they are painful to touch they improved when i used fucidin cream

What do you advice me ??

Seniormido,

I've noticed you posted the same question 3-4 different times. You got solid advice from both mikeyhwk and shera. In my opinion, I think your donor area is very limited and you won't get the coverage you desire. I highly doubt you'll be able to get 4000+ grafts as you indicated in prior threads. This is just my opinion, you're best bet is to do a consultation (in person would be better if you can) with a renowned doctor and get there expert advice on how to proceed if you are indeed solely focused on the HT route.

HT#1 - Dr. Rahal (Jan 2012) - 4700 grafts

HT#2 - Dr. Rahal (Jan 2014) - 1800 grafts

HT#3 - Dr. Konior (Jan 2018) - 1200 grafts

Your donor area is very thin and could become even thinner over time. I don't see it supplying the high number of grafts that you need to achieve good coverage and adequate density. I think you are best off ruling out HT surgery completely, which I know is a disappointment but really is the best thing you can do.

The red dots are most likely a mild case of folliculitis, which is an inflammation of the hair follicles. It is common and looks mild in your case.

I am a patient and representative of Dr Rahal.
