As a result they get more forum type clients who end up posting more experiences, some clinics also incentivize their patients to post online with discounts. Look at who gets the most patient experience posts, probably asmed, who puts more $ into their online presence than them? nobody... Dr Devroyes clinic does post some of their work from time to time and it's always high quality, he's certainly a very good doc and a fine choice if you're leaning that way.
