I'm a 54 year old female experiencing thinning hair throughout my head but especially in the crown area. My part has gotten wider through the years and I'm now using Topix to camouflage this area. I was using Rogaine Foam for a while but suspended use as I really did not see the benefit. I've been examined by a renowned HT surgeon so I'm confident in his ability to make me look great, but I'm really nervous about the procedure specifically how I will look after 10 days (need to return to work office environment), the large incision from the donor area at the back of my head (along with the staples) and the shock loss of my existing hair.
