  1. I'm in my late 50s with female thinning hair. I've see one NY physician and he recommended 1800 FUT. This made my kinda nervous when he explained the length of the incision on the backside of my scalp. I have two other consults for a second and third opinion. Can anyone recommend a physician? Anyone has experience with Feller & Bloxham or Bernstein.
  2. I'm a 54 year old female experiencing thinning hair throughout my head but especially in the crown area. My part has gotten wider through the years and I'm now using Topix to camouflage this area. I was using Rogaine Foam for a while but suspended use as I really did not see the benefit. I've been examined by a renowned HT surgeon so I'm confident in his ability to make me look great, but I'm really nervous about the procedure specifically how I will look after 10 days (need to return to work office environment), the large incision from the donor area at the back of my head (along with the staples) and the shock loss of my existing hair. If there are any women out there who can share their experiences please reply. Thanks.
  3. I'm considering an FUT procedure in the Fall (1,800). My physician is well-known and expert in this area. I'm very nervous about the overall results, the long incision/staples from the donor site and my appearance the first month following the procedure. If there are any females out there who have undergone this type of transplant your comments would be greatly appreciate.
